Snowflakes & Icicles

Snow Flurry.  Recently we inherited some vintage beautiful glass ornaments, snowflakes and icicles to add to our collection. They are going to feel right at home here with all the other snowflakes and icicles. And so it is with decorating our homes, whatever little touches we add, we want it to feel welcome and like home.

We simply filling a flower vase with a long strand of silver bead garland, and added in our snowflakes, icicles and vintage ornaments.

The glass spiral vintage ornaments remind us of art deco perfume bottles.

Would you believe the big clear snowflakes tucked in the back of the vase came from the Grocery Outlet last season for $1.00!

Love the pearl lustre of the ornaments mixed in with the cold ice silver and white.

The snowflake in the center of the arrangement is actually a tree topper. The silver sparkly container was a thrift store find, we actually found two last season for $.99. The detail was already on them which was great!

Inside the container we layered in different snowflakes and a few stars.
